Proposal 1
In order to facilitate more members using the club and generate extra cash flow, I propose amending the indoor access policy to include the ability for a member to purchase an unlimited 1 year indoor pass along with their dues or at anytime of the year they so wish.
Proposal 2
I propose that a lack of work hours have more reflection on a member’s dues price going into 2022. Currently we only pay $1.00 / hour for work hours. It is simply not worth it to some members to obtain their required work hours. People lead very busy lives and it is easier to just pay the extra $25 for most. In order to facilitate more work hours I feel the dues should be amended as follows:
$200 – Membership with 0-5 hours worked.
$175 - Membership with 6-10 hours worked.
$125 – Membership with 11-24 hours worked.
$75 – Membership with 25+ hours worked.
$25 – Long Distance Member
Proposal 3
Nonmembers drastically outnumber member attendance at our own weekend shoots. I propose that we create a club championship to entice members to attend our own shoots. Each club champion will have their name placed on the board and receive an additional prize to be determined by the board of directors.
(T-shirt / extra hunt week / banquet ticket / free indoor pass upgrade...ect)

- Each pass would expire with the yearly dues.
- I suggest this be a $50 cost to the member and it only covers 1 adult member of the family.
- Additional adult members of a family wanting an unlimited indoor pass will be charged $25 each.
- This pass would not permit the holder to shoot league nights for free.
- This pass would make it more affordable for the member who wants to shoot while remaining socially distant.
- Member would still have to sign in on the waiver form for each use.
- This would put us in close to the same membership / benefit price structure as both Flint Bowmen and Oakland County Sportsman.
- Members not wanting to purchase an unlimited pass will still have access at the normal $5 rate.

- All other discounts (Age / Seniority / Life ) will still apply as they are in the club constitution.
- As always medical and ability exceptions should be made on a case by case basis.

- Member must attend a minimum of 2 weekend 3D shoots prior to the September shoot to qualify.
- The 2 qualifying shoots will not be scored.
- The September shoot will then be used as the “Club Championship.”
- Those eligible must then shoot with at least 1 other person and keep each other’s scores.
- Score cards must be signed on the back by both subjects and turned into the registration table.
- Only the score from the shooter’s 1st round of the weekend is valid.
- Per the club constitution, the following N.F.A.A. classes will be used: Traditional, Bow Hunter (non-magnified sight, 12” front stabilizer max), Open class.
- Tiebreaker will be the head-to-head score starting at target 1. Next tiebreaker will be number of club 3D shoots attended. After that, co-champions will be named.
